What do you sell?

We sell a variety of Crafting Supplies such as stainless steel tumblers, Sublimation items such as keychains cups, and mugs more.

What materials do you use?

We use 18/8 (304 Steel) food grade materials that can be used with hot liquids or acidic food. What’s great with stainless steel is that it remains stable and won’t alter the taste.  As well, all of our high-quality materials contain no BPA, no lead, no phthalates or any other potentially dangerous chemicals. Lastly, all materials are durable, dishwasher safe, environmentally friendly 100% recyclable materials that are harmless to the environment. 

What is your shipping and refund policy?

Our method of shipping is Canada Post or Loomis Express Shipping cost is calculated by weight and size. All items are shipped 2 to 3 days – weather dependent and excluding weekends. Lettermail is an economical option of shipping smaller items. Unfortunately, this option is not tracked nor insured. All lettermail packages shipped will be the responsibility of the buyer once your item has left our shop. Missing, damaged or lost packages will not be covered. Of course, upgrading your shipping to tracked will cover any of these issues (insurance up to $100). As for other shipping options, we will be glad to resolve any issues within 30 days of receiving your items.

Update: Feb 6, We started to offer Flat Shipping rate: $20 for every $250 excluding tax.
